Because Knitnes LTD is a registered UK company, we have partnered with reputable UK-based fulfillment facilities to ensure every single BackAlign cushion is properly checked, packaged, and dispatched from within the UK directly to your doorstep. You will never face unexpected customs duties or colossal liberties with hidden charges.


1. UK Delivery Zones

We offer proper delivery to all areas within the United Kingdom:

  • UK Mainland Delivery: Standard and Tracked options for all England, Wales, and Scotland mainland addresses.

  • Highlands & Islands Delivery: A slightly longer delivery timeframe may apply to certain postcodes (please check your postcode at checkout).


2. Proper UK Delivery Options and Realistic Times

We have structured our delivery options to be clear, fair, and incredibly reliable. We use reputable UK carriers like Royal Mail and DPD.

3. Order Processing, Dispatch, and Proper Tracking

We are commited to a proper process that puts you first.

  • Order Processing: Every order is meticulously checked and properly prepared within 1 business day.

  • Daily Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order has been properly sorted and dispatched from our UK facility, we will email you with your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s proper tracking portal. You are always kept in the loop.


4. No Colossal Customs Liberties, Proper Sorted Pricing

BackAlign is a brand of Knitnes LTD, a fully compliant UK company. We pre-pay all necessary taxes and duties. Because your order is dispatched from within the UK, the listed price is the final price. You will never receive a knackered request for surprise customs fees upon delivery.


5. Damaged, Faulty, or Knackered Items

We pride ourselves on proper quality control, but we know things happen.

  • Damaged upon Delivery: If your Backalign product arrives looking properly knackered, damaged, or as if it’s had a colossal knock, please take a photo and contact our customer support team immediately. We will get it sorted properly.


6. Important Considerations and Proper Responsibilities

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure you have provided the proper, full, and correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for knackered delivery attempts or lost items caused by incorrect address information. If your item is undeliverable due to a knackered address, you will be responsible for a nominal £[INSERT REDELIVERY FEE HERE, E.G., £4.95] redelivery fee.

  • Bank Holidays and Exceptional Circumstances: While we aim for perfect delivery times, please allow an extra day or two during UK bank holidays or during rare, colossal liberties (extreme weather, regional strikes).
