This decompression belt is awesome, I put it on and it took my back pain away, I wasn't able to sit in a chair or stand up straight, therapy was tearing me down with all the stretching, this belt has changed everything on my pain level and my activities. I wish I got it sooner than later... its really making a big difference.

Wonderful! I tried several other types of back braces that claimed to give relief and the others did not work at all. This is very different and actually reduces the pain almost immediately. And the relief lasted for several hours after removing the brace.

I am thrilled!!! It's simple to assemble and when you SEE the belt expanding, you feel immediate comfort!! When I get doctor treatments for my compressed disc, the decompression machine does the same movement, it stretches your spine so fluid can move freely around the disc. This belt does the same idea, but very gently. The width both deflated and inflated is perfect, it's very comfortable to sit while wearing.

Surprisingly works great! Relieves tension, feels great on my spine. Highly recommended!

This belt is amazing. I was suffering from sciatica, the leg pain... I tried so many other things until I decided to order this relefia belt. Well thank God that I did. Because this time, I felt the separation and the relief!!!! I started wearing it when I would feel pain, and the relief is so unbelievable.

I have had it for less than 24 hours and it does what it is supposed to do....relieve the pressure on the disc by not causing the vertebra to pinch in on it (I guess, as it seems). When pumped up it seems to elongate the back.

I sleep soooo much better now after using this! :))))

Relefia belt is perfect for back pain and can be inflated to your desire its so comfortable that it can be worn all day at work or even wear it to bed and rest sure you'll get that relief you looking for

It works 100% I would say, must have for everyone who don't stretch their back and body early in the morning. Decompression of lower back is a MUST.

I have scoliosis with a degeneration of one vertebrae. It's not at a point where surgery is needed but occasionally I need to deal with an irritated disc. I decided to try this belt and was surprised by the air filler.

I bought this out of desperation to help with lower lumbar pain after a failed back surgery. In pain I have tried or will try anything. It holds my lower back more steady and pushes vertebrae back into position.

There are times that my lower back pain takes my breath away from the pain that I have experienced. I see a chiropractor but it's not always enough. The pump up brace gives me the ability to do more.

I really used this immediately and with an impacted L4 and L5, I tried it and felt relief almost immediately. You need to place it properly (above the hip bones)...this is not a fake review, 5 stars.

Definitely helps reduce or stop back pain and gets your back aligned. I wear it for about 15 minutes when my back hurts and sit in a chair straight up. This is my second one

The belt really helps your back. Easy to put on and take off.

This brace helps with pain from disc problems in lower back. Good value and ease to use. Only problem I had was that you loose some flexibility but it stopped the pain.

I love this back belt. I have degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc that has slipped a bit forward a bit off my spine so I can have some pretty good pain.
